How to measure
- Take a thin strip of paper.
- Wrap it around the finger you want to measure.
- Mark the point where the paper meets.
- Unroll it and measure the length in mm.
- Find this measurement in the chart below.

Helpful tips
- Measure your finger when it is warm: cold fingers measure smaller.
- The average women's size is between 52 and 54.

Measure with a ring you already own
Take a ring that fits you well. Place it on a ruler and measure its inside diameter in mm.
