SHIPPING & DELIVERY

What are the delivery times ?

Standard delivery with tracking (2-5 working days)

Note that the delivery time may be extended during promotional offers, holiday periods or exceptional events.

How to track my order ?

You can track your order by logging into your customer account. You can also check the status of your order by using the tracking number sent in the order confirmation or by contacting our customer service directly.

I have the wrong delivery address, what should I do?

Do not panic ! If your package has not yet been sent, we invite you to contact us via contact@kharazjewelry.com as soon as possible in order to update your delivery information. By clearly specifying your order number or your full name.

If your package has already been shipped, no further modifications can be made on our side . We invite you to contact your post office or come back to us to find an arrangement with your local post office if this is possible.

I have not received my order confirmation. What should I do ?

Check your spam or junk mail folder to see if the order confirmation is there.

If your order confirmation is not there, contact our customer service directly to send it back to you.

RETURNS

How to make a return or exchange?

Items purchased from Kharaz Jewelry can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Please send us an email to inform us of your return. Without this email, your return will not be accepted.

Note that return costs are exclusively the responsibility of the customer.

After 14 days have passed since the delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.

I made a return, what are the refund times?

After receipt and verification of your return, the refund will be made within 7 days. Note that you will have to cover the return costs yourself.

I am not satisfied with my order, what should I do?

We offer you a “satisfied or refunded” guarantee . You have 2 weeks to change your mind.

All returned products must be in perfect condition and therefore never worn and the return costs must be paid by you. Proof of postage must then be sent to us by email as proof of delivery.

Jewelry offered or on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

TRADES

We accept exchanges for products with sizes (rings).

Shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable.

The return address will be communicated to you after receipt of your email. We invite you to send us your name/first name, order number, reason and returned item with your return.

Non-returnable items :

The following types of items, earrings as well as piercings, as well as personalized jewelry cannot be returned. Products that cannot be returned after opening for hygiene reasons, nor worn. Products that you have damaged cannot be returned. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
