SHIPPING & DELIVERY

What are the delivery times?

Standard delivery with tracking (2-5 working days excluding weekends and public holidays)

Please note that delivery times may be extended during promotional offers, holiday periods or exceptional events.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order by logging into your customer account. You can also check the status of your order using the tracking number received when your order is processed or by contacting our customer service directly.

I entered the wrong delivery address, what should I do?

Don't panic! If your package hasn't shipped yet, please contact us at contact@kharazjewelry.com as soon as possible to update your delivery information. Please include your order number or full name.

If your package has already been shipped, no further changes can be made on our side . We invite you to contact your post office or come back to us to find an arrangement with your local post office if this is possible.

I haven't received my order confirmation. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk mail folder to see if the order confirmation is there.

If your order confirmation is not there, please contact our customer service directly to resend it to you.

RETURNS

How to make a return or exchange?

Items purchased from Kharaz Jewelry can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Please send us an email to inform us of your return. Without this email, your return cannot be accepted.

Please note that return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

After 14 days from the delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.

I made a return, what are the refund times?

After receiving and verifying your return, a refund will be issued within 7 days. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs yourself.

I am not satisfied with my order, what should I do?

We offer a money-back guarantee. You have 2 weeks to change your mind.

All returned products must be in perfect condition, therefore unworn, and the return postage must be paid by you. Proof of postage must then be sent to us by email as proof of delivery.

Jewelry offered or on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges for products with sizes (rings).

Shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are non-refundable.

The return address will be communicated to you after receiving your email. We invite you to send us your first/last name, order number, reason and returned item inside your return.

Non-returnable items :

The following types of items, including earrings and piercings, as well as personalized jewelry, cannot be returned. Products that cannot be returned after opening for hygiene reasons, nor worn, cannot be returned. Products that you have damaged cannot be returned. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
